Experienced corporate transactional lawyer required to join our growing corporate and commercial team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years’ PQE, with a proven track record of running their own deals and who would prefer to work 3 or 4 days per week.
General corporate experience (shareholders’ agreements, share buybacks, group formations and the like) is also important.

The family team is looking for an experienced family law solicitor to join our award-winning law firm.
Due to the expansion of the firm’s Family department, we now seek to appoint an experienced family law solicitor to work alongside our existing team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years post-qualification experience or equivalent, be a member of Resolution and have expertise in the following:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Child Care Solicitor ideally with 3-5 years PQE+.
This is a full-time permanent role within the Care Department located at our Oldham office.
Requirements and details of the role:
Ideally, the candidate will be a member of the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme and have expertise in the following:
- managing a busy and varied caseload of some private law Children Act 1989 cases but mainly public law care cases to include all pre-proceedings PLO meetings
- acting for children in private law proceedings if a panel member
- acting for parties in Special Guardianship applications where required
- performing own advocacy to include contested and final hearings
- excellent organisation and time-management skills
