A Decade of Dedication Pays Off
Pearson Hinchliffe LLP is celebrating after being awarded the prestigious Lexcel quality mark for the 10th year running.
After an intricate and detailed inspection the Law Society’s practice management standard was awarded in recognition for our high standards in customer care and management.
We are among only a handful of practices in the North West with the Lexcel standard and certainly the only one in the region with 10 years of high quality to their name.
Family Law Partner Danny Prince, who manages client care, with Practice Manager Joanne Ormston, said: “This is a very proud day for Pearson Hinchliffe and is testament to the dedication and professionalism of our staff. Amidst the changes we face within the legal profession I am certain our clients welcome the personal touch and friendly face of law instead of the anonymous call centre law which some say is the face of the future.
“Looking after our clients’ needs with compassion and integrity is at the heart of what we do and to be recognised for a decade is certainly an achievement.”
In addition to celebrating Lexcel success Pearson Hinchliffe also retained the Investors in People Award.
Anne Milne, the industry’s independent assessor who evaluated the firm, said: “Pearson Hinchliffe LLP continues to maintain a very effective Lexcel standard. The practice has many repeat clients and the feedback obtained from clients is very good. Client cases are proactively managed meaning that clients are generally highly satisfied with the result of their cases.”Subscribe to our newsletter
