INSPIRE: Pearson Solicitors Commercial Team Boosted By New Staff Member
PEARSON Solicitors are expanding their Commercial Property team and are pleased to welcome Karen Piontek to the firm.
Karen has worked in the legal profession since 1998 and joins us from a successful Lancashire practice where she led the residential property department. She also headed up their home and family sector, playing a key role in the development, marketing and strategic growth of the team.
“I am very excited to be joining Pearsons, they are a forward thinking firm keen to advance with the ever changing legal sector and their client care and quality of service is second to none, something which attracted me to the firm. I am looking forward to getting to know the clients and professional contacts in the area and help to drive the practice forward in what is a very busy period,” she said.
“I think there is a new optimism in the marketplace and that is definitely having a knock on effect for SMEs and property investors.”
Commercial Property Expertise
Karen specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, pension fund acquisitions, agricultural land and bank finance, acting on behalf of a variety of clients ranging from investors, liquidators, SMEs, partnerships, charities and private individuals.
Commenting on Karen’s appointment, Partner, Michael Pitt said: “Karen joins us at a very busy period in commercial property, the marketplace appears to be picking up and we are getting new instructions every week. After a few tough years there are signs that the economic recovery is driving a sharp upturn. Low interest rates, rising confidence and surging house prices are combining to create growing demand in both the residential and commercial property markets.”
Karen has built up a reputation within the professional sector of providing clients with a meticulous thorough service with a refreshing proactive approach which results in her clients returning time and time again.
