Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers Supporting Saddleworth Concerts

  • Posted on

Supporting music in Saddleworth is essential to enable future talent to blossom and for the forthcoming season Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers will be supporting the Saddleworth Concert Society as the main sponsors.

The aim of the Society is to put on high quality classical music concerts by professional musicians as well as nurturing young talent as it develops, giving them a platform to play and at the same time delight audiences in the area.

Welcoming the support of the Oldham firm Geoff Roberts, membership secretary of the Society, said:  “We are delighted that Pearson’s are the main sponsors particularly as they are a local firm.  Their support will enable the Society to continue to bring world class artists to Saddleworth, as well as supporting up and coming talent at a time when the business support for the arts has never been more important.”

Ahead of the first concert in October, Richard Eastwood, Partner at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers said: “We are pleased to be supporting the Saddleworth Concert Society for the season ahead. Pearson’s have strong links in the local Saddleworth area and I feel it is important to support causes not only close to our hearts but also on our doorsteps.”

“Planning ahead and securing a financial future is vital for organisations and individuals alike, by sponsoring this season’s programme of concerts we hope to encourage as many other people as possible to get involved and support the society.”

The next concerts at the Millgate Theatre, Delph, are:
