Victoria’s conveyancing blog: I’m on the move – to Ashton!

  • Posted on

I’ve got exciting news… I’m moving to our newly refurbished, Ashton offices to develop Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisor's conveyancing services. From 13 March, I’ll be based in Henry Square Chambers on Old Street. I’m really looking forward to the change!

Conveyancing offers - for a short time only!

My move means local access to a specialised conveyancing service for those buying and selling their homes in Ashton.

There will be no changes to our service but for a short time only, I’ll be running a couple of special offers:

  • 10% off our conveyancing fees for all those instructing Pearson Solicitors to do their conveyancing work between 13 and 31 March 2017.
  • On the date of my move (13 March), the first person to instruct me will get £75 off their final bill.

Don't forget that we also have a conveyancing offer for first-time buyers. Get in touch to find out more.

(Please note: the discount will be taken off the final invoice for our conveyancing fees only and does not cover disbursements such as search fees.)

Why not call me to find out more about what our team of conveyancers can do for you? We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process: now that we've installed Perfect Portal, it's easier for you to keep up with what's happening: our clients simply login to see progress on their conveyancing files.

What’s involved in the conveyancing process?

If you don’t know what’s involved in buying and selling a house, we have lots of useful information for you – just have a look at our conveyancing webpage.
