Wills, Trusts and Probate Legal Adviser

Lucy is a legal adviser and works in our Private Client team advising clients on Wills and Powers of Attorney.

What she enjoys most about her role is building relationships with clients, helping them get their affairs in order and enabling them to leave a legacy to their chosen beneficiaries.

She joined Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers in 2018 and is based in our Oldham office in the Private Client team.  She also meets clients at their convenience at home appointments to suit them.

Lucy joined the firm straight from Blue Coat School where she had studied for A' levels, since then she has completed her Paralegal standard, making her a qualified Paralegal. She is now studying for her solicitor's apprenticeship at the University of Law, Manchester and has recently joined the Manchester Young Professionals networking group.  She regularly represents the firm at events, networking and at community based activities.
