Lucky For Some - Industry Excellence Award to Pearson Solicitors for 13th Time

Thirteen has proved a lucky number for the team at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers when they were awarded the Lexcel accreditation for the 13th time.  The firm, with offices in Oldham, Ashton and Hollinwood, are one of the few in the North West to have such a long-standing accreditation.

After an intricate and detailed inspection, the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard was awarded in recognition of the firm’s high standards in customer care and management.

Lexcel is run by the Law Society, the professional body for solicitors in England and Wales.

Anne Milne, the industry’s independent assessor who evaluated the firm said:  “Pearsons continues to maintain a very effective Lexcel standard and 13 years in a row is outstanding.  The practice has many repeat clients and feedback is very good.  Client case are proactively managed meaning the clients are highly satisfied with the result of their cases.”

Practice Manger, Joanne Ormston, added:  “Focusing on the needs of our clients is what we do best and the Lexcel award recognises this.  Our business is growing with a new office opening in Ashton and we are pleased to be recognised once again for our high standards.  People come to us assured they will not only receive sound legal advice, but in a friendly cost-effective manner.
