Insurance Disputes

Have you made an Insurance claim only to discover that you are with the Insurance Company that likes to say “No”?

If so, we can help you.

We can offer you advice and assistance when your Insurance Company has rejected your claim, refused to pay you what your claim is worth, or given some other reason not to pay you.

The Insurance Company may be alleging you failed to tell them something important when you took out the Policy, or that you have exaggerated the value of your claim. These are the main reasons why claims are rejected or disputed.

The sorts of problems we deal with include insurance claims for Critical Illness, holiday cancellation, holiday illness, buildings damage, loss of and damage to contents or vehicles, mortgage protection, and numerous other kinds of policies.

Our services cover advice and assistance, correspondence with the Insurer to argue your case, formal complaint to the Ombudsman and Court proceedings.

If you are not sure whether your problem might be covered, please contact Mr Ian Bowen at our Oldham Office. For a free initial twenty-minute appointment in our Advice Clinic, please contact us.
