Andrew Rodbourne

Residential Conveyancer

Andrew is a Residential Conveyancer within our Conveyancing team based at our Hollinwood office. Andrew, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, has worked in the field for over 7 years. Throughout his career, he has handled transactions for a wide variety of clients including first time buyers, high net worth individuals and celebrities while working at some of the largest national and regional firms in Greater Manchester.

Andrew started his Conveyancing career in 2012 at Countrywide Conveyancing Services having relocated to Greater Manchester from South Yorkshire where he worked for Lloyds Banking Group at their Mortgage Centre in Sheffield. Throughout his career Andrew has strived to give excellent customer service and legal advice. From his experience he understands the frustrations from agents, mortgage advisors and clients, and is sympathetic when trying to progress matters for his clients.

Andrew is experienced in dealing with all manner of residential property transactions including

  • Buy to let transactions
  • New Build Properties
  • Shared Ownership
  • Equity transfer
  • Help to Buy including Help to Buy ISA and Lifetime ISA purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Selling a house or apartment.

Andrew’s aim is to maintain a high level of service and legal advice along with assist in growing the department and firm as a whole.

Outside of work Andrew is active with the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), is a former Regional Director for the Campaign covering Greater Manchester; and was part of the founding committee who organised the Manchester Beer & Cider Festival. He also enjoys swimming along with going to the cinema and theatre.
