Daniel Phelps

Daniel is a solicitor based in our Clinical Negligence department.

Prior to joining us, Daniel worked part-time at RHF Solicitors in Salford alongside studying for an LLB Law & Criminology degree at the University of Manchester.

Daniel graduated with a 2:1 and has studied for his Legal Practice and Masters in Legal Practice (LPC incorporating LLM) followed by training contract in house with Pearson.  During this time he had run a number of cases and has enjoyed liaising with clients and working alongside our senior solicitors.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his son and fiancé, socialising with friends and plays the guitar and ukulele.

Daniel enjoys the amount of client interaction in the role, the sheer variety, opportunities for learning and development and the interesting medico-legal issues that arise in medical negligence claims.
