Niki Polymeridou

Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Niki is a solicitor in the Corporate Commercial department and joined the firm in August 2018 having qualified in 2014.

Niki first qualified as a lawyer in Greece in 2008. Following a successful career as a corporate commercial lawyer in Athens and having worked for years as a Consultant for one of the biggest commercial banks in Greece, she moved to Manchester in 2011. Her dual qualification and years of dealing with a range of businesses and business owners gives Niki significant experience in advising firms throughout the business cycle.

Niki has worked with sole traders, entrepreneurs, unincorporated associations, limited partnerships and limited companies and her clients have always enjoyed her straightforward and pragmatic approach, attention to detail and her friendly attitude.

Her particular focus is on business acquisitions but she also has experience in commercial contracts, terms and conditions of business, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, LLP members’ and partnership agreements, corporate formations and constitutions and other corporate and commercial matters.

In her spare time, Niki loves to travel with her husband. She enjoys good food and spending time with friends and family.
