Shortlisted for the “Best Small Conveyancing Firm” of the year

  • Posted on

We can report good news for our conveyancing team this week:  they’ve been shortlisted for the "Best Small Conveyancing Firm" of the year in the LFS Conveyancing Awards.

The team had to submit a lengthy application form with details of how they manage the conveyancing process. In addition, at some point, someone in the team also had to field a call from a mystery potential “buyer” asking about Pearsons’ conveyancing services. Whoever it was must have done a good job – but then, knowing their dedication as we do, we’d expect no less of them!

The awards ceremony will take place on 14 September 2016 at the Vox Centre at the NEC in Birmingham.

Karen Pointek, who was recently promoted to head up the conveyancing team, had this to say:

“We are delighted to be shortlisted for this prestigious award and are looking forward to the awards dinner in September.

It’s been a fantastic year for our conveyancing team and this shortlisting is the icing on the cake. On a daily basis, every one of our team goes that extra mile to ensure our clients’ transactions progress as smoothly as possible. This shortlisting is recognition of our efforts and a great way of demonstrating our excellent reputation to our clients.”
