Chloe Cadman

Litigation Paralegal

About Chloe

Chloe joined Pearson in June 2025 as part of the reception team at the Uppermill office, arriving with a strong academic and professional foundation. She holds an LLB in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University and achieved a Distinction in her LPC LLM at the University of Law, where she also received the Highest Achieving Student Award for her Family elective.

Driven by a clear ambition to qualify as a Solicitor, Chloe sought hands-on experience within a busy legal practice from the outset of her career. Following completion of her LPC, she joined a city-centre law firm as a Paralegal in their Litigation Debt Recovery department, gaining valuable early experience in contentious work.

After six months in her reception role at Pearson, Chloe’s capability and dedication were recognised, and she was offered a Paralegal position in January 2026. Since then, she has become an important member of the team, providing essential support to fee-earners and assisting clients with professionalism, efficiency and care. Her growing legal expertise and strong client-focused approach make her a valued part of Pearson’s legal team.

Before beginning her legal career, Chloe ran a ladies-only fitness studio specialising in Pilates and also worked as a bookkeeper and account manager, giving her strong organisational and business-management skills that she continues to draw upon in her legal work.
