Having lived in Oldham all his life, Daniel is proud to serve his local community while also representing a growing national client base. Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2022 following his training contract with Pearson Solicitors, where he continues to build a strong reputation within the Medical Negligence department.

He manages a wide spectrum of claims ranging from lower-value matters to complex, high-value cases involving catastrophic injuries and cerebral palsy. Daniel has a particular interest in claims related to Obstetrics and Gynaecology, as well as Gastroenterology and Colorectal surgery. He is recognised for his ability to clearly explain complex medical and legal concepts to clients with empathy and clarity.

In addition to his casework, Daniel is actively involved in the wider legal community as the current President of the Oldham Law Association. He is also accredited by the Law Society on their Clinical Negligence Panel and is a proud member of Endometriosis Awareness North.

He was also invited to speak at the Houses of Parliament, specifically the House of Commons, alongside the Endometriosis Awareness North Charity, where he met with MPs to highlight the urgent need for improved diagnosis, treatment, and support for individuals living with endometriosis.
