David Webb
David has extensive experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate work and has worked for over 10 years in the Private Client area of the law.
Like many of our young solicitors, he started his legal career as an apprentice, working at Hill Dickinson in their Commercial Property team in Manchester, but has since moved into Private Client work as he enjoys working with people and helping them get their estates in order and plan for the future.
I enjoy helping others with wills / probate work which is not something people like to discuss but nonetheless is vitally important.
I like the variation within my job role as estate work is varied and no two estates are identical.
It is a great feeling to assist family members during the loss of a loved one and I like to discuss legal matters in a friendly way that is easy to understand.
He joined the team at Pearson Solicitors in 2024 after working at DWF Law LLP, Manchester for over 7 years in their Tax and Private Capital team. Prior to that, he was part of the team at Stephensons Solicitors in their Private Client team in Bolton.
David is a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEX (FCILEx) and a member of The Manchester Law Society
In his spare time, he is interested in abstract photography, artwork and reading and is a keen Manchester United fan. He also likes to exercise (running) and fundraise for local/national charities.
