Hajirah Zia
Hajirah is a trainee solicitor in our growing commercial property department. She has worked for a number of years in law firms across the North West before deciding to specialise in property law. She enjoys the business aspect of her role and seeing companies grow and develop.
Her background in Personal Injury law has given her first hand experience in dealing with clients when they are at their most vulnerable and in need of assistance.
Working with growing businesses and helping them expand into new premises is an enjoyable part of my role. I have a keen interest in property and hope myself and the team can put clients at their ease and explain the process to them. There is nothing like that moment when we call a client to say it has all gone through – it’s great to be part of that journey and I enjoy meeting different types of clients and being able to assist others genuinely makes me happy.
The main part of her role is to make sure all deadlines are met for the team and to help the smooth running of the office.

- Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Remortgages
- Commercial Property
- Leases
Hajirah gained her Law degree at the University of Central Lancashire, followed by a Master of Law with Legal Practice.
