Hannah Pearson
Hannah joined the firm in 2002 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2004, being the fourth generation of her family to work here.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Hannah works with a wide variety of clients and specialises in Wills, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Tax.
She can help clients with making Wills to ensure they provide for their family properly. She also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney so clients can appoint someone they trust to make decisions about their property and financial affairs, or health and welfare, should they become unable to do so in the future.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys reading, Zumba and Pilates and visiting the theatre and cinema. She also follows the highs and lows of Oldham Athletic Football Club, something of a family tradition.
"Dealing with Probate work, I hope that I am able to relieve clients of some of the worry in dealing with a loved one’s estate at what is such a difficult time for them."
Hannah treated us with the utmost respect and explained the procedure regarding LPA so that we were able to understand in layman's terms without any legal jargon and this suited us because this was our first experience with solicitors. George Guest Chadderton
We were disillusioned by other solicitors and recommended to your Hannah Pearson. We found her most professional, very very thorough and she gave her own unqualified attention to us. Her patience was exemplary and we recommend her unreservedly. All of the above fixes our intent to use Pearson’s in our other affairs and amongst others have asked Pearson’s to manage our firm’s auto-enrolment pensions. Mr Heginbotham Alderley Edge, Cheshire
Hannah Pearson was on the ball, attentive and well informed.
