Meg Wharton
Meg joined Pearson Solicitors in July 2025 as a Legal Assistant within the Child Care Team. She previously worked at Temperley Taylor, where she gained valuable experience supporting child care solicitors and clients in a fast-paced legal environment.
She is currently studying for her CILEX qualification, with the goal of becoming a CILEX Legal Executive specialising in family law. Her decision to pursue this career path comes from a genuine interest in supporting families during challenging times and the variety that comes with care work.
Meg thrives on the fast-paced nature of her role and embraces the day-to-day challenges that come with working in the Care Team. She enjoys the “controlled chaos” of the job and finds it rewarding to help clients navigate complex and often emotional situations. The opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives is what motivates her most.
Outside the office, Meg is a proud mum of two and can often be found on the sidelines at weekend matches. She is also a keen baker, known for making cakes and brownies for friends and family.
