Megan Banks-Carr

Legal Assistant

Megan is part of our employment law team, liaising with potential clients and advising them on how to make a protective award claim when they are facing redundancy.

She started her legal journey at Co-op Legal Services as a Probate Case Manager and believes the skills she learnt there are well suited to the world of employment law.

“I am keen to support clients through the Protective Award claims process in a compassionate manner and gain further experience to excel at a career in law.”

Megan has a degree in physical education from the university campus of football business but is now channelling all her enthusiasm into learning as she works in her chosen field.

In her spare time she loves time with family, friends and dog, Willow, as well as spending time watching films and painting.

During the pandemic she ran 5k a day for 30 days raising over £2,000 for Manchester Food Banks and is keen to take an active role in the Pearson Solicitors fundraising for charities.
