Nicola Smith
Nicola is part of the litigation team at Pearson Solicitor and is the glue that holds them all together. She works closely with Solicitor and Commercial Director, Chris Burke, who heads up the Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation departments.
She moved to Pearson after working for many years at law firms in Manchester and Huddersfield and has extensive experience in a corporate law environment, as well as experience in personal injury and public liability.
Nicola has completed her CILEX Level 3 and progressed to Level 6, she has also completed her studies in TORT.
What I like most about my role is assisting clients with their queries and assisting my colleagues so they can deliver the best service to our clients and being part of that process and part of that team.
In her spare time Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends socialising, walking her dog, going to the gym and going on holiday, especially beach holidays and exploring different cities.
