Paul Mills
Paul is a valuable member of our employment department with a vast array of experience working with both employers and employees, thus giving him a unique insight into both sides of every employment issue.
He has worked within the employment department of large firms in the North West and was an employment tribunal advocate for a leading transport law practice and the UK’s largest employment law consultancy prior to joining Pearson Solicitors.
Paul completed the Bar Professional Training course, but ultimately chose to pursue a career in private practice rather than at the Bar.
Paul holds a degree in Law and a Very Competent score on the Bar Professional Training Course.
I particularly enjoy the challenge of combining complex technical legal knowledge with dynamic employment situations and meeting clients across a wide range of areas helping then resolve their employment issues.
In addition to employment litigation, Paul regularly advises businesses and employees across the full spectrum of employment law. Through previous roles he has gained particular experience in corporate support and insolvency-related employment matters.
In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym and travelling. He is also a Manchester United season ticket holder and looks forward to a return to the glory days.
