This historic mill dates back to 1860, offering unique workspace solutions in office and warehousing space, it combines industrial heritage with modern amenities.

Gary Jones, Commercial Property Solicitor at Pearson led the sale and says he is pleased to have got it across the line for his clients.

“Goyt Properties are long established clients going back almost 30 years and solicitors from Pearson have worked with the family and seen their business grow over the years, this deal sees the site acquired by Sirius Real Estate Ltd,” said Gary.

“The sale was concluded subject to and with the benefit of over 60 commercial tenants and this £5.7 million sale involved a lot of hard work and effort to get the transaction completed,” he added.

Working alongside Gary Jones was a team from the Corporate & Commercial and Employment Law solicitors from Pearson Solicitors who advised in relation to the transfer of assets at the property and dealing with TUPE requirements.

The purchase of Earl Mill by Sirius' is the second acquisition this year, with the London and Johannesburg-listed property investor also purchasing the Reinsberg business park in Dresden, Germany.
