PLEASE NOTE: Employment legislation requires you to issue a notice of intention to claim to ACAS Early Conciliation within strict time limits. For example, you must issue a notice of intention to claim within three months less one day of the date of dismissal/resignation/discriminatory act. It is your responsibility to ensure that your claim is issued within the applicable limitation period. Failure to do so is likely to result in your claim being barred and you may be prevented from taking any further action.
