Dawn Davenport

Dawn is a Commercial Property Legal Assistant in our Commercial Property team based at our North Manchester office

She has vast experience working in this sector of the law and supports the department on a daily basis opening files, assisting clients, as well as assisting on completions and accounts.

Prior to joining Pearson Solicitor and Financial Advisers Dawn worked at Nexus Solicitors for 20 years and has over 23 years’ experience in the Commercial and Residential property sector.

“I liked the idea of working for a local firm and  I’ve had such a good feeling about my role since the first day.  I’m also looking forward to getting involved with voluntary work for the firm’s charities.”

Dawn is married with one son and one daughter. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, socialising with friends and loves live music.  She’s also looking forward to holidays and weekends away too.

Dawn likes to challenge herself so is looking forward to using her existing experience to further her role and grow within the department whilst building good relationships with clients.
