Emily Gardner
Emily Gardner is a Paralegal in our Family Department assisting senior solicitors with their complex children and finance cases.
From her initial start as an office junior and secretary she has worked her way up through the department and during this time has learnt to deal with a wide range of clients. Many have stated that her quite professionalism puts them at their ease in what is a most stressful time.
Emily is a member of Resolution, an organisation with 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals who are committed to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way.
She is one of our talented young team of solicitor apprentices currently working towards her qualification at the University of Law. She is regular networker at events across the region and is part of the Manchester Young Professionals networking group.
I enjoy helping clients throughout their case and through what is a difficult time for them. From taking the initial call from a client and knowing that I can help them resolve their issues is what I enjoy most about my job.
Emily has always been interested in a career in law and when she joined Pearson she was supported and mentored. Amongst her cohort at college she achieved Student of the Year and from starting out as a junior member of the team she is now well on her way to qualification.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and going on dog walks.
