Head of Inheritance and Will Disputes

Laura is an Inheritance and Will Disputes Solicitor within the Litigation Department.

She initially joined Pearson Solicitors in 2007 working here for 6 years before moving on to gain experience in other practice. Laura rejoined the firm in 2017 to specialise in Inheritance and Will Disputes.

Specialist Areas

Laura's main specialism is Contentious Probate (Inheritance and Will) disputes. She advises clients on whether a Will can be contested and on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, where insufficient provision has been made either under a Will or as a result of Intestacy.

She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 degree, undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

An active member of the local community, Laura is also a Level 1 qualified football coach.
