Laura is an Inheritance and Will Disputes Solicitor in the Litigation Department.

After joining Pearson Solicitors in 2007, where she worked for 6 years before moving on to gain experience in other practices. Laura returned to the firm to specialise in Inheritance and Will Disputes.

Laura graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 degree, undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

Specialist Areas

Laura's main specialism is contentious probate disputes. She advises clients on whether a Will can be challenged and on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, where insufficient provision has been made either under a Will or as a result of Intestacy.

Outside the office

Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

An active member of the local community, Laura is also a Level 1 qualified football coach.
