Hafsa joined Pearson’s Medical Negligence team in 2026 as a Paralegal, bringing with her a rare blend of medical and legal insight. Before beginning her legal career, Hafsa qualified as a Midwife in September 2025 and worked at The Royal Oldham Hospital.

While she enjoyed her time in clinical practice, Hafsa had always aspired to work in the field of medical negligence. Her professional experience as a midwife gives her a deep, practical understanding of patient care, clinical procedures and healthcare environments. This background allows her to approach cases with empathy, accuracy and a strong awareness of the realities faced by both patients and medical staff.

Since joining Pearson, Hafsa has become a valued part of the Medical Negligence team. She is committed to supporting clients during challenging times and is driven by a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for those affected by substandard medical care.
