New Fixed Fee Service from our Divorce and Family Team

  • Posted on

Our Divorce and Family Team are launching a new Fixed Fee service to families who might be finding life difficult and need some initial advice and help.

The new service is in the form of a Fixed Fee appointment where people can meet with one of our Specialist Divorce and Family Solicitors for an initial discussion. During this appointment our Divorce and Family Solicitor will gather the factual details and discuss the process with them.  This will be followed up with a letter of advice and could be just what some clients need to sort out an issue very quickly.

We are still offering the free 20 minute enquiry over the phone where we can take the initial details and establish whether we can help in their particular situation.  Then clients will be offered the Fixed Fee appointment in order to gain specialist advice and help at what is often a distressing time.

Emma Kendall, Divorce and Family Solicitor for Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers suggests, “People might be finding family life quite difficult right now.  Booking a fixed fee appointment with one of our specialist Family and Divorce Solicitors could help iron out a few issues for them and put their minds at rest.

She adds, “We know that many people are fearful of contacting a solicitor thinking it will cost them a lot of money.  We are hoping that we can dispel this myth by offering this new service and help people get a bit of perspective on their situation.”

All of our Divorce and Family Solicitors are all currently working from home and are set up to communicate with clients via telephone/FaceTime/email so that enquiries can be progressed just as quickly as we usually do.
