Pearson Solicitors Commercial team Supports One Oldham Business Awards

  • Posted on

Once again Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers are proud to be supporting the Oldham Business Awards.

We won Business of the Year in 2013 and last year followed up this success with our Partner Joanne Ormston being awarded Business Woman of the Year.

Our Commercial team always looks forward to this event, it is a highlight in the Oldham Business Calendar and this year we are again sponsoring and supporting the award for ‘Businesses up to £1million turnover’.

The aim of the Business Awards is to celebrate success whilst also recognising the contribution that businesses make in helping to shape the fabric of our society.

The Awards reward businesses excellence amongst companies located within the Oldham Metropolitan Borough, whether it be for wealth creation, innovation, inspirational leadership or good practice in people management, skills development or environmental improvements.

“The Business Awards is a great chance to celebrate everything that is successful in Oldham, we have some amazing well-established businesses on our door step, but what is also inspiring at the awards are the up and coming new businesses emerging,” said Pearson’s Financial Partner, Richard Eastwood.

“Oldham is changing and looking forward and business is moving with it.  There have been some very strong contenders for this award from a wide variety of businesses and I am looking forward to meeting the three finalists on the evening,” he added.
