What happens at an Employment Tribunal?

  • Posted on

An early consultation with one of our Employment Team or using our Employment Protect service can help employers avoid employment disputes and a costly visit to an employment tribunal. However, occasionally disputes cannot be resolved and a visit to the tribunal becomes necessary.

A tribunal can be a daunting prospect for those who have not previously experienced such proceedings. We have extensive experience of representing clients at tribunals and to help employers prepare, we have published a video of a mock tribunal to show what a tribunal is really like, what can happen on the day and how employees react. You can watch the video here.
