Siobhan Minshull
Siobhan is a member of our busy litigation department and specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
At Pearson Solicitors her role involves dealing with a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, insurance disputes, as well as property litigation, TOLATA matters, landlord and tenant disputes, financial disagreements and cohabitation orders.
Siobhan enjoys resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation, or if necessary litigation in court when matters are contentious.
Siobhan has a strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, and case law and enjoys being a technical lawyer knowing the litigation processes and procedures.
I enjoy assisting clients at distressful periods in their lives and finding a resolution for them. I have worked in business for many years, had my own consultancy and so I feel able to offer strategic solutions to commercial clients and feel I understand the nuances of a business and can take on board their legal issues.
She also has experience in all types of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, motor insurers bureau claims, criminal injuries, prisoner injuries, employers’ liability and public liability.
She brings to the team her extensive management experience. She has previously been an a Litigation Manager and Head of Department, providing technical and litigation expertise in both Claimant and Defendant firms.
In previous positions she has been an Associate Director and senior management at board level whilst also worked on privacy law and cyber crime cases, including data breaches, hacking and criminal activities.
She graduated at Manchester Metropolitan University with a Law Degree with Honours and then completing post-graduate qualifications specialising in Civil and Criminal Litigation. Siobhan has been a Graduate and Advanced Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2010 and qualified in 2012.
In her spare time Siobhan enjoys the gym, spa days and spending time with her large family.
